1. From which sites are the downloads valid in order to participate in this promotion?

The valid sites to download from and participate in this promotion are Urbandux Digital Store, iTunes, Amazon y CD Baby. The downloads performed from any other site will not be included in this promotion. Still if for any reason you prefer to download the songs from any other site, before you do it, please get in contact with us through questions.eleven@urbandux.com and we will try to do our best to help you.

 

2. Which songs are included in the promotion?

Any song Included in The Aftermath album or in the Another Brick In The Wall EP will be valid, here you have the list of valid songs:

NOTE: Any song included in the album Songs From The Flesh will NOT BE valid for this promotion.

 

3. I have purchased other items at Urbandux Official Online Store, but I have not purchased any downloads. Do I have the right to participate in this promotion?

YES! Any purchase that you do at Urbandux Official Online Store will be included in this promotion. Packs, CDs, T-shirts or digital downloads that you purchase during the promotion period gives you the right to obtain a code to download eleven.

 

4. I have downloaded a song. What do I need to do now?

The next step will be to send us an email with your order confirmation to the following email address get.eleven@urbandux.com. Please, DO NOT SEND your order confirmation to any other address since it won’t be registered or valid.

 

5. To which email address do I have to send my purchase confirmation?

Only order confirmations sent to get.eleven@urbandux.com will be accepted. Please, DO NOT SEND your order confirmation to any other address since it won’t be registered or valid.

 

6. Where will I receive my download code?

You will receive your download code at the email address from where you sent your order confirmation. If you wish to receive your download code to a different email address, please send us an email to questions.eleven@urbandux.com specifying both the original and the alternate email address where you want receive the code.

 

7. I have sent my purchase confirmation, when will I receive my download code?

All the eleven download codes will be sent between the 1st and 10th of November 2009. Please keep your order confirmation to be able to claim in case you do not receive a download code during this period.

 

8. When will I be able to download eleven?

You will be able to download eleven from November 11th 2009, the official release date.

 

9. What do I have to do to download eleven?

You will receive the download instructions along with the download code between the 1st and 10th of November 2009.

 

10. I don’t like the quality of iTunes downloads, where else can I download Urbandux’s music with a better quality to participate in this promotion?

You can download Urbandux’s music with any quality that you desire from Urbandux Digital Store. This way not only you get better quality files, but also you will be supporting Urbandux directly, since this is a direct payment channel without second hands involvement.

 

11. In which format will I be able to download eleven?

When eleven is available to download, you will choose which quality you prefer. You will be able to choose from mp3 (320k, 128k, VBR) to FLAC.
