By purchasing any Urbandux´s song, participants in this promotion will receive a digital code which allows to
free download the next band´s album entitled eleven. The following Terms and Conditions will apply to the
promotion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Any song included in the album The Aftermath or in Another Brick In The Wall EP will be elegible to
   benefit from this promotion. Any song included in the album Songs From The Flesh will not be valid for
   this promotion.
2. Valid sites to download from are Urbandux Digital Store, iTunes, Amazon and CD Baby. Downloads
   made from any other site whatsoever will not be valid.
3. Any purchase made from Urbandux Official Online Store, which includes any Pack, CD or T-shirt, will be
   elegible to benefit from this promotion.
4. The promotional period runs from 12th April 2009 until 31st October 2009 (inclusive). All orders taking
   advantage of this promotion must be made during this period.
5. To benefit from this promotion participants must sent their order confirmations to get.eleven@urbandux.com. Order confirmations sent to any other e-mail address whatsoever will not be
   included in this promotion.
6. Purchased media or physical products (Packs, CDs or T-shirt´s) must be clearly stated on the order
   confirmation sent.
7. Order confirmations sent after 31st October 2009 will not be included in this promotion.
8. Codes will be sent to the e-mail addresses from where the participants sent their order confirmations.
9. Codes along with detailled instructions to free download eleven will be sent between November 1st an
   November 10th, 2009.
10. Codes will only be usable for one download per participant, and will no longer be available once used.
    No sharing allowed.
11. Free download of eleven will be available from 11th November, 2009.
12. In case of any dispute in respect of this incentive promotion, the decision of PRO Records shall be final
    and binding in all respects and no further correspondence will be entered into by PRO Records.
13. PRO Records, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify this
    promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond PRO Record´s reasonable control
    adversely affects its ability to conduct this promotion as contemplated in these Terms and Conditions.
14. Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
15. PRO Records reserves the right to disqualify any participant from this promotion who is in breach of
    these Terms and Conditions.

 

PRO Records guarantees that all of the points above are true, and commits itself to fullfill this agreement.
